The JP House is a cabin equipped with everything you need to disconnect from the city in comfort. A place of contemplation and immersion in nature, where the perception of time is altered, and noises and fears do not exist - do you want to get out of your routine? Come! Make your reservation.

Wine and saw is the most perfect combination, we love it too. Just be careful about wine stains on sheets, bedspreads, and tablecloths (R$ 80,00 for each sanitization or use of extra linens).
Wood Stove
When using the wood stove, be sure not to block the smoke outlet pipe. This can cause it to back up into the house, which is unusual. If you feel you have something wrong turn the firewood over carefully to release it. The firewood is up to you - we usually leave a complimentary one to start the fire, but if you want to continue it you will need to buy, bring, or hunt for firewood in the area (take the opportunity to go trekking.).
Barbecue
Do you want to have a barbecue? We have a station mounted on the 2nd floor deck, but be careful with embers and grease on the wood. Do you want an umbrella and skewers? We have it in the pantry, feel free. Enjoy the view!
Fireplace
não coloque muita lenha de uma vez e use pequenos gravetos para começar o fogo – quanto mais fina a madeira for no início, mais fácil será dele “pegar”. Nunca utilize pedaços muito grandes que fiquem para fora da porta. Para que o ambiente fique bem aquecido e seguro, você precisa utilizá-la com a porta fechada.
Preserve the silence
In the Yamandú community we have a private group on WhatsApp, where neighbors who take the quiet away from the other cottages are reported by Call Center (156)with a record of the occurrence of noise pollution infraction. If you are looking for a place to host your event or party this is not the ideal space for you, I hope you understand.
The JP team will send a 'User's Guide' via WhatsApp up to 24h before your check-in, in it you will find tips and more details about how the cabin works during your stay.

The JP House is not an inn, a hotel or a hostel, but a country house that is made available for temporary rentals. So we do not offer hotel service. Be sure to be open to the rural tourism experience - you will be out of the city, traveling by land with no
paving, no cell phone signal and/or fast and urban services.
All areas are for guests only during the reservation period.

Pet Friendly
Animais de estimação são permitidos, consoante pagamento de taxa extra de R$ 38 por pet – durante todo o período da estadia. Alertamos que n.1 e n.2 não podem ser feitas no interior da casa – e que seja evitado que estes subam nas camas e/ou sofás. Temos uma área de 4.000 m2, além de decks com cerca de 80 m2 para todos aproveitarem os dias ao ar livre.
